How to turn off Super Sampling?

Is there a way to turn off the smoothing of pixels in a video when rendered on a large virtual screen? It's fine for HD videos, but when watching videos of retro games rendered in their original resolution, the smoothing makes them very blurry. I want to see sharp, clear pixels on lower resolution videos.
