Cannot import avatars
"The given key was not present in the dictionary"

The file I'm trying to use IS a VRM, it is humanoid, it works in every other program I've tried it in that asks me for a humanoid VRM.

What is the next step in troubleshooting?

Have you checked out the LIV avatar best practices document [help.liv.tv]? I would also try manually adding the avatar to your LIV Avatar folder located in your documents. Documents\LIV\Avatars

Sounds like something is not set up properly with the avatar file, have you checked out the LIV avatar best practices article I posted above? I would go over it and make sure everything is correct.
