If you're that concerned with achievements, maybe you should've checked before starting or buying this game.
Just a quick look at your Steam games list and I already see multiple games with DLC achievements (Gears 5 and Graveyard Keeper for example). And if you've been gaming for 30 years, you should be able to know that even games on PS3 and Xbox 360, including those generations biggest games, already had DLC with achievements / trophies tied to them.
And really, the amount of games you have doesn't mean you're right. I've got 1400 just on Steam, does that make my opinion more valid than yours?
