Gum Gum Rocket not available on skill tree?
So I'm an hour or so in and the Gum Gum Rocket option isn't on the skill tree. I thought maybe you had to unlock it but I watched the start of an LP and yep, they have it right there.

Anyone else run into this?

little bit farther in the story then you unlock rocket and get a small skill set for it
