I have the same problem... my brother bought me this game.. and i cant even start it on my notebook.. The notebook is new btw

its the games fault or who ever made the pc port. i had to lock the game at 60 fps in the nvidia control panel

Where it says choose an app to set preference, browse to the folder where your game is saved and click the One Piece pic (if you don't know where this is, clicking on settings in steam will show you where). Click on options. In that window choose your graphics card instead of letting pc choose for you or it using your integrated graphics.

I had the same problem. I'm using an Acer nitro 17 amd 7840HS nvidia 4060. My problem was that i disabled the integrated graphics, which was the amd radeon graphics. This caused certain games (like Berserker) to crash and also wouldn't let me change the resolution for this game. When i went back to device manager, display adapters and re-enabled the amd radeon graphics the crashes went away and it also let me change the resolution for this game. However you do want to go to nvidia control panel, managed 3d settings and for global settings make the nvidia the preferred graphics processor.

im having the SAME PROBLEM TODAY! game was on sale and i cant even play it whats up? and i have a good gaming laptop, i can play mortal kombat 11 and the new gotham knights game on it so whats up with this one piece game? and this is the first game ive ever bought and tried to play from stream maybe im missing some info, my other games came from the xbox app, xbox app didnt have the one piece game thats why i got it from stream please help

Today im coming back to try to play the game again on my beautiful laptop, i erased it before and now im downloading it again hopefully it will play.

Typing -windowed into the steam launch options seemed to work for me but i am not sure why since it didn't actually make it windowed. Issue was apparently due to fullscreen mode from what i read.

otherwise if that doesn't work for you the settings.ini file is located in
AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\ONE PIECE WORLD SEEKER\Saved\SaveGames\"your steam3ID"\

If the game didn't create one you can just make the folders and create a settings.txt file your self and rename it to .ini after adding in the bellow.

Those are my settings but you can just adjust the resolution if needed and the rest when you get in game. Try adjusting window to =0 or =2 if it doesn't work when set to =1
