If I was making the combat I would've made it faster and flow better. Let the player dodge out of attacks instead of hitstunning them. Have a better lock on system so the player can use the grapple to go towards enemies quickly without accidentally grappling one of the hundreds of nearby environmental grapple points. Let the "Y" button be for heavy attacks so the player can do combos, let it be for picking up objects when you're out of combat.
I'd say the Pirate Warriors games are better. Even if they're just Dynasty Warriors games with One Piece characters at least you get to play with all the characters. In World Seeker you're stuck with Luffy only and the moveset sucks because it's only one attack button and three special moves.
I actually liked, and hoped it was an upgraded open-world version of the Unlimited Cruise series on the Wii. In terms of graphics and ability to have a "Luffy-powered-experience", this was better. Otherwise, the Unlimited Cruise series was probably better in every other way.
AKA "I played the game and enjoyed it, but it wasn't how i wanted it done."
Entitled brat. Watch where that gets you in life.
stfu if you dont even bought the game -.- Reported + blacklisted for insulting.
