slow mo problem

how can i fix the slow motion of luffy / the game?
i started the game and everthing was in slow motion and idk y.

I had a similar problem. It seemed tied to setting it to 60 instead of 30 refresh rate.

I don't know if it will help but I caught the same problem where I had 60fps but my game was in slow motion every two seconds, I solved it by activating the dynamic resolution in the settings, I hope to help

i have the same problem i tried to activate the dynamic resolution but it don't work

On the steam deck I had to deactivate dynamica resolution to get rid of the slowmotion. Resolution scale is on 1.5 and it works like a charm with good graphics and fps. Ps: graphics settings are on high.
