Why no mods?

No matter where you look on the entire internet this game has absolutely no mods.
I would've at least expected a few goofy recolor texture mods or model swaps, but there's nothing. The only thing you find by searching are links to trainers and a massive amount of people requesting mods.
Me? I'd just like a custom soundtrack feature or the ability to swap in an audio track or two. The anime song DLC only includes the TV cuts, which are 1/3 to 1/2 the size of the full song. I wouldn't mind someone proving it's possible to edit textures also. I'm having tremendous fun replacing textures in the Senran Kagura games (I now have non-Senran Kagura ads on billboards around those stages.)

if u browse the local files there is nothing really, i think its not able to be modded

I would love to play some mods for this game!!! I don't have the skill to make them, we as a community might need to generate some buzz about the game to get people to want to mod it in the first place. It would be so cool if the Nika transformation was moded in as well as a fight with Kaido and Other cool Movement and gameplay improvements, maybe even a foxy pirate mod? Would have to be a community effort

i would really like an anime music mod, not the openings but actual osts like Overtaken or Can't Escape, Fight!
cause i dont get how people fight with the opening songs lol
