There are almost no One Piece games with english dub I think the last one was 2008 One Piece: Unlimited Adventure. Namco has since said they don't want to dub One Piece games https://www.neogaf.com/threads/namco-wont-dub-one-piece-games-for-atmospheric-purposes.1168307/

Nope even the Namco america launch trailer all the voice acting is in Japanese. Only a day till release so if they had a dub they would have a dubbed trailer too.

"A lot" is used when you want to say a good thing, "many" should have been the word.

A lot is literally just a way to say many. It definitely does not need to imply that what there is a lot of is bad. For example, there is a lot of sensitive people in the world is fine. Or, a lot of people are dumb. Now if you wanted to make fun of him for misspelling it than I'd be down, as "alot" annoys me quite a lot, but he definitely used it properly so I don't know what you're talking about.

The reason there is no dub is because the cast have to cast some of the characters yet aka sanjis brothers and sister same in pirate warriors alot of characters not yet meet in dub or introduced had no dub, and to avoid the naruto dub issue. Of ( nagato pain being badly cast for dub and obito and madara kaguya) that where rushed cast for games before there anime was even in there arcs the team inctonrrol of one piece legaly have to follow the japanese companys advice as its at base a japanese company and eu and america are babys of its main branch
