Hot Spring isn't available on Japanese nor European PC version.
Only is available on PS4/XBOX japanese (via preorder content) european (via EP!C club).

It doesn't matter which version you buy, on PC it's removed completely, even for EU etc.

I was going to pick this up during the sale but I guess I will pass. I am never a fan of getting less content for very silly reasons.
