I can't change the screen resolution

When I go to the options from the main menu, then select advanced options, my screen resolution can't be changed from 1024x576. When I highlight screen resolution, the arrows that appear to the left and right of that number are greyed out.

I've already tried the suggestions I've seen from other discussions about this same problem. I know that the game is set to borderless windowed in the advaned options, my graphics card drivers are up to date, and I've reset the game and my computer multiple times. I'n addition to those suggestions, I've also tried changing the resolution scaling and changing the preset graphics options then resetting the game after each change and I still can't change the resolution.

I am using an AMD Radeon graphics card in case the solution ends up involving changing the game profile from the AMD Radeon settings.

Dont need to do anything other than change the resolution in nvidia or amd control pannel to the one you want to play ingame.Then go into the game and you should be able to select desired resolution.
If you still cant set ingame resolution then go go to C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Local\ BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\ONE PIECE WORLD SEEKER\Saved\SaveGames\0\ there you can overwrite resolutin to what you wish :)

Fixed: Right click on the file, select properties
Select the Compatibility tab
Under Settings -> Click on 'Change high DPI settings'

Under High DPI scaling override ->

Check/tick 'Override high DPI scaling behaviour.'

Scaling performed by choose "Application".
Click OK , then click Apply.
