Collector achievement

Is there a way too tell what I missed ? I got all the other achievements so I must have done most of them. And as far as I know I explored every dungeon fully. Kind sucks to have to go back and do everything again, trying to making sure I at least understand what went wrong so I won't make the same mistake.

I have 12 items in my inventory.

Jun's mask
Celestial Shrine Key
Fancy Lip Gloss
Vesper's Manga
Serpentine Amulet
Forge Shrine Key
Healing Crystal
Ancient Book
Dusty Old Relic
Undercroft Shrine Key
Horace's Lighter
Heavy Vintage Ring

Where did you get the ring? There's also elegant hourglass you pick by solving one of puzzle rooms in shrines. I believe you can access it at the very beginning & very end.
Maybe even the beer you got from cask at the beginning of the game, but I haven't got beer at all.

In the last shrine. Don't go up to the boss but go down and to the right.

it seems I only missed the puzzle room in the first shrine. The other items you listing are items you loose again when talking with the right person for the side quests.

I made a guide for those that don't want to replay the game again for just this achievement. I hope it will help somebody out.

Hello,

I just finished the game and I have exactly the same remaining items as OP + Elegant hourglass.

I talked to everybody, went everywhere everyday, completed all the side quests I found but still can't figure out what these were for (if they even had an utility to begin with?)

Can someone please explain to me what was their use and/or where to use them?

Okay I found out about the secret achivement myself after not getting an answer on that one anyway.

I only would like to know now why I haven't gotten the human saver club achivement where you need to summon all your friends which I think I should have done till now. I just have beaten the "secret" achivement guy and I thought I maybe missed him.

If still doing any patches it would be great to make it more obvious which room triggers the last boss because I have all the achievements and items except the ring because I walked into the final boss room and it began the story sequence before I realized that I missed the optional item.

I have every item missiloon listed as well as the elegant hourglass. I completed all the side quests and although at one point, the following items were in my inventory: baseball cap, rare flower, and locket, they no longer showed up in my inventory by the end of the game.

Does anyone know if it's a bug or if I have to replay the game and just keep these items (baseball cap, rare flower, and locket) instead of completing the quests so that these items stay in my inventory and I can finally get the collector achievement? This is so frustrating :(

This might be a little late but for everyone who is wondering; No, you don't need to keep those items with you in your inventory for the achievement. I completed all the quests and collected all the items in the same playthrough and the achievement still unlocked, so if it doesn't there must have been something else gone wrong. Maybe you have to see all the items in your inventory before you deliver them to people? So that it no longer has that notification in the menu. I know I did that in my playthrough.
