What to do at Ice Factory.

I got one block of ice down there, but I see nothing else I can interact with. I even tried going back up and dropping a second block of ice down the chute (which was pretty tedious), but I saw no visible change when I returned to the factory. I've raised the other two spires and have the other two abilities.

went back and picked a second one up with the crane
