trying to play game on iMac

Hi, recently used bootcamp to partition drive and install windows on my iMac which was successful, installed IL2 Ciffs of Dover but have severe video issues with extreme low frame rates that are almost non existent with everything set on very low.
My system has the following
3 ghz Quad Core intel i5
16 gb ram 2400 MHz ddr4
Radeon Pro 555 2gb
windows 10

im wondering if its something to do with the display resolution?

Your Radeon 555 is an 8-year old mobile graphics card. It would struggle anyway although it might be that in the Windows environment you have set up the graphics card isn't connecting with the game so isn't using the GPU effectively.
