Suggestion: Share Transfer

Just imagining that some manner of functionality to convert personal shares into company shares might be nice.

Ex: Say I own a bank and a transport company in Texas and I want to make the transport company a subsidiary of the bank.

As of right now I would need to make myself the CEO of the bank, divest personally at least partially from the transport company, and then buy back as much as possible using company shares and repeat until years later the bank finally owns the transport company

Indeed. You should be able to freely trade shares between companies and yourself. Be able to have companies use their reverses to buy your shares, for that matter.
