"Archaeologist" achievment

Somebody help me please!
I really need to get this achievment but something going wrong.
I have tried already twice: firstly I've explored everything (includind DLC), and secondly I've completed full game exactly like in this speedrun (https://youtu.be/WFemJu3ZQ0E).

I've compared the count of my entries with Wiki and different Steam guides, and they are all EXACTLY the same.

Who knows how to solve this problem?

Have you tried verifying the integrity of game files? (Library -> Right-click on game -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files)

If it doesn't help, you've probably missed an entry somewhere without realizing it, even when double-checking (there's a lot, it's easy to miss one), or maybe some entries were added since the guides you checked were made?
There's a few easily missable entries, such as activating both gravity cannons "A huge cylindrical structure that generates a strong upward gravity field." or talking to chert at the right times to get the total five entries for "Chert's camp".

Also, the DLC entries don't count for the achievement, or so i've heard.

Side note : The way you've written the youtube link, Steam considers the parenthesis as part of the link, so it doesn't actually link to the video. Adding a space at the end and start of the link to separate it from the parenthesis would solve this.

In case others find this topic searching for the solution to the same problem, what was your solution?

I counted the number of all entries and found that I missed one on Timber Hearth.

P.S. : the seed from Dark Bramble SHOULD be scanned by signalscope.
