LS Lock on Xbox one gamepad

Hello,
Just to let you know that, if you change the window focus on a second screen to make a search on a web browser for example then when you come back to the game, you can't use LS to lock planet or object anymore.
It happens everytime I switch on an another app. So i have to shut down my pad then turn it on again to fix it.
Sorry for my english...

Apparently, you can press the left mouse button in-game to fix this, at least temporarily? But it might be the solution to a different issue.
