One of the vessel logs got bugged and I cant get the "Archeologist Achivement"

The log you find downstairs in the vessel main room does not want to register after being read. Perhaps it got bugged as it was the last thing i registered in my first playthrough ending and I remember seeing the prompt (that it was logged in my spaceship), but after coming back to replay the game, that log didn't appear to be registered. So I decided to go back and try to register it again, but the prompt of being logged didn't appear.

This is the final log i need for the achivement and is very frustating that i would need to replay the game on its entirety and try to log everything again.

I would love any help from the devs or anyone that knows how to fix it. Thanks in advance and happy holidays.
