Where is the game menu

Started up game for the first time. Get a screen saying - Use a controller. Fine says I, I am using a Steam Controller. Get to a view of a planet with a camp fire. No menu no nothing, Steam Controller works outside of game but in-game does nothing.

Can't find any other thread with the issue of not even getting to the game menu screen. Can't find any game options utils.

Any ideas to fix this much appreciated.

Menu appears if steam controller not connected when loading the game. Game controls freeze if you connect the steam controller once game is running. Seems like its not supported. Disappointing.

Same here. Title doesn't show up if I have controller connected. Can't get any input from 360 controller regardless of steam input settings. Once got the game running with mouse and keyboard but there was terrible input lag.

The C++ redist install fixed this issue for me. Thanks a lot!
