There are 2 ways to destroy the fabric of space time:
- The trick with the scout in the high energy lab
- Jumping into the Ash Twin Project black hole and then on the next loop not do it again, so it's not actually related on what you did this current loop but what you did on the previous one.

Oh yea, I did that, I wanted to see what happened. How does that work? Why does it break the space time continuum?

It breaks the fabric of spacetime because it creates a paradox if you don't jump again in the next loop. Instead of sending back your thoughts back in time, if you jump into the Ash Twin Black hole, it send you back in time and you get a surprise if you go back to the Ash Twin Project on the next loop, I'll let you see for yourself what you find there

Well, you got transported back in time 22 minutes. That means you have to be where you were when you got transported back after 22 minutes again. Otherwise you wouldn't be transported back, but you were. So if you die before 22 minutes, or are at the wrong place when the 22 minutes are up, you aren't transported back. But you were.
Hence you broke the space time continuum :-D

accidentally broke spacetime by meditating right before i got crushed by sand on the ember twin and i didn't jump in the ash twin at all before that

Basically from loop to loop the universe goes "hang on, we've got an extra two hundred or so pounds of mass here that shouldn't be possible. What do?" and time just has a panic attack because how on earth did we break the laws of physics by "creating" matter?
