Check your computer, look back over the Nomai writings. What else is there in the system that uses warp cores?

How much do you already know about the warp core, and what it does?

If you don't know where to put it leave it there for now.
Did you understand why it said you died instead of the usual flashback sequence and loop ?
You discovered one of the big clues of the main objective, but you need others.
In your ship log, the big boxes are for the main clues you need, you at least have the Ash Twin Project one.
