Need Help getting last Rumors (spoilers)

I am right at the end of the game, i know what i have to do to beat it but i want to have all the rumors first, however there is one that is still a ? on it

The Quantum Shrine.

i already used it (took forever to figure out) did all that stuff (chills btw) but i only have the one line of "the nomai built a shrine on the quantum moon to aid in pilgrimage to its sixth location".

no need to be vague on where to get these missing rumors.

That should help you figure out what's missing
There are 3 rules you have to find to solve the quantum moon puzzle, looks like you figure one out by yourself:

1. The rule of quantum imaging is the one you get on Giant's deep tower trial
   
2. The rule of quantum entanglement is the one you get from the lakebed of ember twin (cave down from the campfire) or you can find the location of the shard on other places, just stand on it and switch off your light to teleport to the other places, one with the text.
   
3. The rule of the 6th location is the one from the tower on brittle hollow (the tower which falls into the black hole and that you can reach once it's fallen into it).

i said i already knew everything and i already did get to the end of the quantum moon (in a subtle way), im just trying to find the rumors for my ship log since they arent there.

im wondering if my game is bugged then because i swear i examined all writings in all 3 of those places. i guess i will check tomorrow to see if i did or not. its just weird if i missed...all of them? thanks for the info!

In that case you can search for videos for the achievement where they detail every single log.
There are also speedrun for this achievement but you won't get the detail of the logs I guess.

Also you can do the ending and keep looking for the log after, your save will still be available.

Turn on the lights and scan the texts on the wall with the three images, that's likely all you're missing there
