Do I have to buy the DLC to get all the achievements?

I wanted to get all achievements but I still haven't bought the DLC

Yes, some achievements can only be abtained with the DLC.
Also, note that the achievements are mostly easter eggs and that you could finish the game without getting any.

Worth noting, that the one you get for crashing into the deep space satelite can be accomplished in the base game, despite being green.

Maybe I'm mistaken here, but I'm sure I crashed into that satellite before getting the DLC and did not get the achievement.
