オープニング？夜空が回っているだけで先に進めません・・・

ゲーム起動後、満天の星空がぐるぐる回っており、だんだんと星が消えていくのですが、
全くボタン操作が効きません。（20分以上）
これはオープニングなのであり、待っていればいいのでしょうか？
それともバグ？

Can you move? The opening has you walk around and talk with villagers. After that, you get your ship. The stars are supposed to disappear.

動きますか？ オープニングはあなたが村人を話します。後、宇宙船を受ける。
星を消えては適当です。

I hope I got that right. I'm better at translating Japanese than I am at putting my thoughts into words.

Oh, looking at it again, I think Wanawani is talking about the title screen. The stars disappearing is about the logos made up of stars appearing then disappearing, and then the menu shows a planet spinning with the stars in the sky moving as well. So the buttons aren't working on the title screen.
Ugh, I'm not good enough with Japanese to translate all of what I just wrote.

メニューか？ OUTER WILDSは上、下は リストか？ キーボードとマウスを使いますか？ コントローラーを使いますか？

Fear Ghoulさんも気にしている点ですが、起動後とはゲームを立ち上げたあと、企業ロゴが出てからタイトルとメニューが出るまでの区間を指すのでしょうか。だとすれば、ふつうは何も操作しなくてもタイトルとメニューの画面に移行するはすなので不具合だと思います。月並みですが、インストールファイルが壊れていないかのチェックをお勧めします。

Actually, I've never heard of that one before. I took Japanese classes in high school and college, and translate light novels as a hobby. I can read hiragana and katakana just fine, and use jisho.org for kanji and looking up words I don't know.
