Should i play DLC before of after finishing the Main Game.

Hello, i bought the base game + dlc, should i go to the dlc as soon as possible or finish the main game first ?

I'd suggest beating the main game before starting the DLC, it's its own separate place and is a better experience after finishing the main game.

You can poke around in it if you want though, it won't really spoil anything.

Exactly this. Main game then dlc then main game ending again if you feel like an additional scene.

Either way is fine and it's not essential, but Mobius recommends having a complete shiplog before starting the DLC:

They are separate, definitely finish the main game to your satisfaction first. I would not recommend the DLC if you don't enjoy the main game.

100% recommend beating the main story then play the DLC or you’re getting screwed pretty badly

Doing the dlc alters the ending in a similar way to another significant, but optional part of the base game.

I'd recommend doing it when you've basically pieced together the entire story, but haven't quite beat the game yet.
