You were unlucky going to Dark Bramble first. Try another planet, they are not all like that.
Sooner or later you'll live long enough to see the end of a loop and realise what the big rush actually is, but it's not uncommon for people to realise there even is one for hours of gameplay, you're far from alone and the discovery of any of the details is a lot of what makes this game special!
Really, appreciate the comments, thanks a lot, seems like a great community here, good looking out.
- You learn from your mistakes (like forgetting to put on the space suit in the ship before you open the hatch and leave the ship ...)
- You learn to use the auto pilot (if you lack the sensitivity a real pilot has to have)
- You learn to foresee and calculate all the moving objects (like destroyed ships, the moons, the asteroids ...) in the system.
- And eventually you learn to skip unnecessary stuff - you have only 22 minutes to complete the important stuff.
- Also, keep in mind, things happen during the 22 minute timer and MIGHT block access to informations (There is an underground area on the "Hourglass Twins" planet which gets flooded by sand).
However .. if you manage to get stuck somehow - after the sun's nova you can start over. Again.
