(DLC) Does anyone have a tutorial/walkthrough on the stealth sections?

I've just got to the stealth part of the DLC, and I was a bit sceptical about people saying they were bad... But God they really are as awful as everyone says they are. Has anyone made a guide on how to get through each section yet? I know there's a few uploads of the full DLC playthrough, but I'm a bit worried of accidentally skipping too far ahead into spoiler territory.

Pretty sad that this is at the tail-end of what was otherwise a really good DLC, but I'm not sure if I have the persistence to try stumbling around the pitch black darkness until I brute force my way through it; that just doesn't sound very fun at all...

There is one very easy thing that can help you study those locations, but, while you can easily stumble upon this mechanic by youself, at some point, game will explicitly show it to you, so, if the darkness is your main enemy and you aren't afraid of a spoiler: If you put your artifact on the ground and move away from it far enough, you'll see the location in a completely different way. It'll be far easier to see some shortcuts and owls won't see you, unless you touch them. You won't be able to use some devices that require lightsource, so you'll still need to grab your artifact after that.

Edit Previous answer is full on spoiler, mine is a nudge in the right direction...

There is a way to skip entirely the stealth for the first one.
Using the same tip you can skip part of the second if you are fast enough.
If you watch them from afar for as long as possible you should figure out what to do the next time.

I have some "tactic" againts them without huge spoilers: find good position (some obstacle), bite with lamp, give time to get closer ( they are really slow ) and bypass through the other side when they are about 3-5 meters. Also turn off light, if it possible
