How do you start the DLC content?

I have no idea how to actually even begin and I've beaten the base game. The only additions that I've found have been the museum exhibit, radio station, and the satellite. Other than that, I have no idea if I'm supposed to just wait by the satellite until I start the new content or what.

Edit: I'm an idiot. You literally just bolt to the satellite as quick as you can once you start a new loop.

Once you find it you can track it on your HUD by marking it in the rumor section

1. Go to the observatory. There is a "New Exhibit" sign.
2. Take out your signalscope and set "Deep Space Radio".
3. Go to the nearest signal (Radio Tower). Read dialogue.
4. Find the photo with the anomaly. Look photo's sattelite angle and memorise it.
5. Take out your signalscope and find other signal (Sattelite's signal). Go to the sattelite and look at the angle of the satellite on the screen.
6. Wait until anomaly angle. When you see the anomaly dive into him. (If angle is over to the anomaly angle don't wait. Just restart the loop and go to sattelite fast as you can.

Twice now I was at the sattelite at the hinted angle and nothing happened. What am I missing?

The satellite takes pictures facing the sun.

Look at the Sun while you're at the angle. Remember because you're on a vertical plane from the sun no planets or anything *should* be between you and the sun, yet if you look then you'll see that something is.

I watched a video. Seems like I misstook what the "anomaly" was, which means I was using the wrong angle.
