The game is in my library apparently ready to be played, but doesn't start. I checked in its folder and there isn't anything. Re-downloading or verifying the game files integrity doesn't work. Thanks in advance for any help!

I'm running with a native windows resolution of 1920x1200 (a 16:10 ratio) and the game doesn't seem to display correctly at full screen. The game goes off the edge as if it is scaled too large which means I can't really see all of the UI, including objectives, etc. I tried to Alt+Tab to at least get it to run in a window, but that didn't work. It also seems as if the game is having really bad framerate issues, which I expect is maybe it's displaying at only 30fps or something? I'm not exactly sure,...
