Hi. I am a developer of Dungreed.

Thank you so much for playing with Dungreed and reporting to us.
Discussion topics are checking all posts, whether they are commented or not.
We are constantly looking for solutions to common bugs and crashes.
Please send log files and screenshots to team.horay.game@gmail.com in case of other bugs besides the ones below.
If you report a bug with a comment in the update news, it's hard to get a quick response.

Log file location:
Steam / steamapps / common / Dungreed / Dungreed_Data / output_log.txt

If the game does not run or crashes, please check the following items first.

1. Check if the internal and external graphics drivers are updated to the latest version

2. Check if the Windows version is updated to the latest version

3. (For laptop) Check if the power is connected

4. Check that the external graphics card is working normally.

5. Right-click Dungrid -> Properties -> Local Files -> click the Verify integrity of game files..

6. Back up save files, delete the game and reinstall it

Crash before execution, screen not visible
Most problems arise because the computer specs are not suitable for playing Dungreed.

Minimum specifications are as follows.
Operating System: Windows 7+
Processor: Dual core 2.6 GHz +
Memory: 1 GB RAM
Graphics: nVidia GTS 450 or better
Storage space: 400 MB available space


If the log file contains the text "failed to create 2D texture shader ...", it is mostly confirmed as a specification problem of the graphics card.
For laptops, please check if your notebook recognizes your internal graphics card first.
Please check "Direct3D: -> Renderer:" in the text file below.

Steam / steamapps / common / Dungreed / Dungreed_Data / out.log

If this is not a problem, check the nvidia control panel for options related to vertical synchronization.
If your graphics card exceeds the recommended specifications for playing Dungreed, Please check whether the GPU software is updated or Windows is updated.

The screen is too small to play the game
1. Press and hold the Alt key and run Dungreed.

2. When the 'Dungreed Congifuration' window appears, adjust to the resolution you were using and click 'Play!' Button.

If none of the above workarounds work, please try the steps below.

1. Go to Registry Editor by typing 'Windows + R / regedit'
2. Go to Coumputer \ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Team Horay \ Dungreed
3. Set the ScreenManager Resoluition Height value to 1080 decimal
4. Set the value of ScreenManager Resolution Width to decimal 1920
5. Set ScreenManager Is Fullscreen mode value to decimal 0
6. Run the game

Screen is not visible and only the sound playing
This is a problem when using an NVIDIA graphics card.
If you experience any of the above issues with non-NVIDIA graphics cards, please email the log file!

Please test the method below.
1. Control Panel -> View by -> Small Icons -> NVIDIA Control Panel

2. Display -> Adjust desktop size and position

3. Select scaling mode -> 'No scaling' and reboot

4. Run the game

If you do not see the "Display" option, try the methods below.

1. Press Ctrl + Alt + F12 to launch the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel
2. Change the 'Maintain display scale' to 'Maintain aspect ratio' under General settings -> Display selection -> Scale.

Also check out NVIDIA's G-sync feature.

Mouse cursor missing
This may be caused by keyboard macros, macros on the gamepad, or game pad connections.

Please turn off the keyboard macro for a moment. If you are not using the game pad, please disconnect the game pad.

If the above problem is not solved, please e-mail us about the situation.


Black screen with sound only on older Mac OS versions
Right-click on Dungreed -> Properties -> Beta -> Select Beta (macos_32bit)

Project failed to start "zzθ ??????." (0x5) Popup output
This is mostly a problem with V3.
Please try the following in order.

1. Run the game after disabling real-time scanning of the vaccine you are using

2. Run game after computer reboot

2. Cache Integrity Check
Right-click Dungreed in the library and select Properties -> Local Files -> Check Game Cache Integrity -> Run After Checking

4. Delete the Appcache folder
Delete Appcache folder in Steam folder -> Run game

5. Run after reinstalling the game


Game progress is not saved due to a crush
Copy the 'backuml' file of the problem save file slot from the following folder.
Steam / steamapps / common / Dungreed / Dungreed_Data / StremingAsset / BackUps


Change the name of the extension from 'backuml' to 'uml' and paste it into the folder below.
Steam / steamapps / common / Dungreed / Dungreed_Data / Streamingasset

The game crashed.. If the game is ended with a pop-up even though it is not the cause above
If you check the contents of the popup, it will be located in the steam\steamapps\common\dungreed\Dungreed_Data\ folder.
A folder named'Date-Month-Day_Time' is created. Please send this folder along with the output_log.txt file of the same path to for.all.festivals@gmail.com. In the email to us, the specifications of your computer, the item you were wearing, the type of floor and room where the crash occurred, Please let us know as much detail as possible, such as whether or not the monster has been killed.

We will try to solve it by reproducing the part you sent as a reference as possible.
