Sadly I cannot explain the puzzle, it really makes zero sense and defiantly should be more instructions or something to help because the bird doesnt help at all and if I didnt get someone to send me a screenshot with it complete I would've never been able to figure it out..

I had to check the spoiler, and even after watching the video posted above couldn't really figure out how the puzzle was supposed to be solved...
