Where is the Mosasaurus?

So where is the Mosasaurus?

No one has a score for shooting at this thing yet, so what gives? I've seen YouTubers video this thing swimming around, but I've yet to see it.

You cannot kill it yet, but the devs are working on weapons that will allow you to hunt it. I have seen it in the waters at the top right of the map, north of the hunter's cabin.

Am I to assume I cannot get all my steam achievements until I can kill one of these things?

The game shows "Diamond" for me when I click on the mosasaur tab, so I believe it currently defaults to diamond for everyone right now, meaning it will not prevent you from achieving "Gold Master" or "Diamond Master." With that being said, I achieved "Diamond Master" before these new dinosaurs were added in the last update, so I don't know for sure how it works.

You will be able to hunt Mosasaurus after we've added weapons for hunting in the water.

Some new dinosaurs are currently missing achievements. After we've added them "Gold Master" and "Diamond Master" achievements will be available again. Thank you for reporting!
