As title say, I have 3 "Stars" on everything but the achi won't unlock. Help!

Where can i get the soundtrack?

Hi, where are the savegame files located? I recently had to format my PC, but Steam is installed on another partition and I've saved user folder and such, yet I can't find it.. I was missing only a star in the last level to unlock the last achievement, don't want to restart from the beginning :\...

i should have unlocked Strategic Planner achievement on lvl 8 but it doesnt seem to unlock ? all the other achievements have been working thus far. attempt 1 - cleared 78 % in one swoop attempt 2 - cleared 76 % attempt 3 - 82%

With brighter colors and better music.
