Issues with Skill/Inventory resolution

Hey all, just curious if there is a way to adjust the resolution for the Inventory/Skills page. I am playing on controller, full screen at 1920X1080, and some of the skills text goes off screen when I hover over it. I know that when playing with mouse/keyboard you can move the mouse to adjust the camera, as the camera will follow the cursor, but there doesn't seem to be anything like this happening with the controller.

I have lowered the 200M setting as much as I can but that only zooms out the camera when in game. Just curious if anyone has run into this issue and have found a fix or if it is a UI bug/problem.

If it helps to post a screenshot somewhere I do have one that showcases the issue I am talking about.

This is also the same for me, having a 2560x1440 screen does not help in any way.
It would be nice if hovering over a skill would show the entire skill description instead of it going over the side of the screen.

Yea this is exactly what is happening! Not quite sure what to do really, as even looking in the local files folder and sifting through what I can I dont find any file where i can alter this resolution
