There is no way to actually get rid of droids, but by going into the secret settings (C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Forager) and setting babyDroids="1" and genericDroids="1" you can make them as small as possible without the usage of mods.

Right click on your buildings to attach a droid to it. It will boost building production and keep it out of your hair.

one problem i have 2000+ droids
