How do you unlock hard mode?

I thought I beat the normal mode but I updated to the latest version and I still don't have hard mode unlocked? What gives?

From the wiki:

Game Modes were introduced in Version 2.0.0. All but Classic game modes have to be unlocked by having 13 feats completed.
