does anyone know what the best food is

I just use meat skewers but I kinda want some new food cuz my fish is piling. but I don't want to sell the fish incase i need it for something else

Sandwich(4), Pizza/Soup/Ice Cream(3), in that order if you care about health.
I have never cooked food, all I do is cook my fish and eat that.
Currently sitting on 14k cooked fish, that's 14k health I can heal :)

lol that's a whale of a healing pile xD

but yeah I usually add some seaweed to that because I have a ton of it and make the sushi for energy recovery and then if I'm fighting bosses or upper levels of the void then I use sandwiches or meat skewer to heal.
