Missing fish net

I have been wandering around the island for hours looking for a artifact called "fish net". I have searched everywhere on google to find out how to get it and no luck. Can someone please help?

Fish net is gained randomly from big chest. Just keep opening them and you'll get it eventually.

that's the thing, I cant find a single big chest i haven't opened

If you've opened all big chests you'd obtain a feat. If you did not get it then probably there's a big chest somewhere you've missed. If you did opened all big chests and did not get the fish net, try to quit and restart the game. There's a few times I did not get all the treasures and by restarting the game I got it.
If all else fails, enable cheats or use mods to spawn it.

I installed some mods to get cheats and i got the every artifact reward and im getting the big chest acheivment on a new survival world
