What is the Rainbow island for?

I can't figure out what to do with that island with the big rainbow on it.

If you use a bottle on the rainbow, you can get the "Bottled Rainbow" item. If you use said item, you're workstations will glow a rainbow colour for a bit.

Cool. Any idea what the mushrooms on that island are? You can hit them with the picaxe and they seem to just catch fire or something.

Have you noticed anything special about the mushrooms? Did you look at all of them? Did you try hitting them all?

If you don't care for spoilers, you have to hit the mushrooms in the order of the rainbow. So red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and then purple. You get a chest from it.

Haven't heard that for years.

HAve you ever met Tom Q. Vaxy? Same kind of thing. Denotes all the letters in mechanical drawing that take up the full box space.
