Lost Pet

Is there anyway to reset your pet manually? He's been lost for two days. I have been searching for him for hours. Even killed all my farm animals to make sure he hadn't gotten caught in the gravitational pull created by my animal lure and all the animals I had collected over my play through. I'm so bummed! :(

The pet is easily lost at anything that requires interaction - like gates or buildings - since it's the same button to command the pet to stay in one spot, and it often places itself on top of those things. Lost mine 3 times and then just planted it down near those beets for the peace of mind.

For you, or anyone else who has a similar issue, I have a solution that worked for me:

1. Use the secret options - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1685982282%7C

2. Turn on transparent buildings

3. Look behind all of your buildings

4. Turn transparent buildings off again

This works if you intended to click on a building, but accidentally clicked on your pet and told them to stay somewhere.
