How do I get the "Occult" feat?

Im really stuck on this feat, someone please tell me how to do it.

I want to know the answer here as well, the outdated wiki, doesn't help and I already lost lots of hearts to the demon shrine and it hasn't popped up as a feat (unless its a very specific one, or all of the options).

I have, both the one in the fire biome as well as the one in the skull dungeon.

Does it have to be a specific sacrifice?

Its a specific one at the blood altar. Or overworld altar. There comes an option like "summon challenging enemies". Do this and you get the achiev :)

I know that feel, waiting for frozen squids for about 3 hours. Just sat next to fish traps with drones and did other stuff XD
