[Solved] Stuck in desert temple!!!

I have been going back into temples I've already beaten, looking for secret rooms. Rather than mess around with the power block things, I just used the lightning wand to power the thing to open the door. PROBLEM: there's nothing to power on the other side. I can't open the door back up to let myself out!!! I even tried re-defeating the final boss, hoping it would teleport me back out again, but it hasn't done so. I'm trapped in the temple and I can't get out. I've got 23 hours of work put into this save file and I'm not about to start over again... Developer, PLEASE tell me there's a way out of here, even if I have to edit my save file or something, or PLEASE add a second way to power the door in the next update so I can let myself out!!!

EDIT: Oh thank goodness. I closed the game and reloaded and I was outside the temple. That made me panic like crazy... Please, developer, do add a second power generator thing to the other side of that door so other people don't get trapped too.
