hi hello, i just unlocked all islands but i didn't encounter all npcs and didn't get all the seals, is it me or something is wrong? help

Are you sure you unlocked all the islands? If you are sure I recommend systematically going from top to bottom checking all the islands and completing all npc quests you can. I don't know if it will help with that but it might. Also on the seals you have to do a multitude of things, mostly completing all of the enterable buildings. You know you completed the building when there is a green arrow over the door. I hope this has helped you as I love this game and want others to love it too.

I want to note that the green check mark over a building's entrance doesn't always exactly mean that you're 100% done in them! They seem to show up once you complete the main task in them (complete the puzzle, kill the boss, stuff like that), but it doesn't mean that you've found all *secret rooms* in them! There's three secret rooms in each of the four dungeons, and another secret room in another building. This was one of the last achievements I got since I thought I'd finished the dungeons completely because they had a check mark.
