Orc / Custom Skin?

So, there isn't enough love for orcs in the world, and was hoping to run around as a cute little orc in this game. Does an orc skin exist? And if not, is it possible to create your own skins (even just overwriting an existing one)? Not sure where development is going in terms of the mod community.
