additional bug with waterproof?

Alright I know this achievement is a little glitchy right now, but I'm getting very fed up. Since I just spent over like 3 hours in game (probably 6 or 7) manually removing EVERY bridge I've made and putting a landfill in. And when I finally put the last landfill in the achievement didn't pop. I AM SO MAD RIGHT NOW OVER THIS! This game is so addicting but this is quite frustrating.

I've double checked every biome and there's no water left!

Nevermind just figured out why it wouldn't pop! If you place the landfill from the menu it won't trigger, but if you place it from the toolbar it does.

So I do not have the waterproof feat and have been trying to get it. For clarification I need to leave a single water tile unblocked and use a landfill from my inventory to get the feat?

In all honesty technic beast I don't know :/ And I just learned there is a rather bad bug with completionist since I couldn't get it on my original playthrough since the way I upgraded my skills (and relics I got) made it impossible to get sharpshooter.

But technic, I went ahead and filled up every single space of my map with landfills probably way more effort than I needed to put in though.

I did that as well. You can still get it! Leave all your drones at buildings and try to hit something with the max distance of your bow. As soon as you hit at max distance, you will get the pop!
Takes some tries, but will work!

When I went to try and get it after filling everything there was 1 block i couldnt get to and it was under the rainbow. I cant seem to fill it or get rid of the rainbow and I feel like thats whats stopping me from getting it. Does that spot need to be filled too or am I going to need to figure something else out?

Nvm seemed to fix after I reloaded it and put some blocks in another spot bugs will be buggs i guess.

Personally I had to redo everything over again and I found a different bug with 'waterproof' in which lighthouses count as water tiles meaning if you have a material farm then you have to destroy the lighthouses for the achievement. At least I had to.
