also the buildings/dungeons and npc's can't be got rid of
Why not? It would be possible if the code allowed you to.
Right... because being able to destroy a puzzle you haven't solved allows you to complete all feats. You can't remove buildings and npcs because dev simply doesn't allow it in the code. Which is why in my post I say I would "love to be able to".
I'm pointing out that the tooltip says anything, but that's a lie.
For what? What if I wanted to? What if I didn't want the buildings and just wanted the land?
Of course, the obliterator itself could use some work... such as being able to lock it from picking up land tiles or structures you have built. So like you don't accidentally destroy a structure you have built and get penalized with a more expensive recipe just to replace it.
