Workaround for the adult patch not working
Go into your UserData/Config folder in your game directory and open the Config.xml with a text editor.

Edit all the 0's in the FemaleClothesState line to 2's. All of them. This is the state of her clothing. 0 is fully clothed, 1 is her underwear and 2 is completely butt naked. Changing all the 0's to 2's changes the DEFAULT clothing state to fully naked. Which means that yes, she will be naked from then on 100% of the time. Save and reload the game. I know, this isnt a solution.

But as the title of this thread stated, it is a WORKAROUND. Not a fix.

But hey, at least you get to see the adult patch content. /shrug
