18+ Patch Install Issues

Having some difficulty with the 18+ patch. After I download the patch I get the exe file. Opening the file I tried to copy/paste/overwrite the abdata file to the abdata file in the program but get a dialogue box which says the abdata file already exists...so I can't overwrite the abdata file in the program. The support people for more detailed instructions but they said something about having administrative rights to overwrite the file. I went into abdata properties and the Security Settings and changed permissions to allow full control and modify...thought that did it but the dialogue box says the overwrite was interrupted...only got to 40% progress. Has anyone had this issue and are there any suggestions? Thanks.

no replacing move "H" folder in Abdata in it will work it took me 3 hours
