Did you patch the game properly because thats seems to be the issue.

Install the adult patch.
Play the kiss scene in 'Sexy Lesson' (or what it's called)
Kiss her a few times
Exit using the big EXIT button on the right side of the menu (important)
The next Sexy Lesson should unlock afterwards

Just to make sure, this is about the uncensor mod by user relative, not the official adult patch:
The mega link for the mod has different files, named as TRIM or BUSH, these are descriptors for the female characters pubic hair.
Choose which you prefer (unfortunately there's no example pics afaik) and double click to download.
The downloaded file is a .rar archive with an 'abdata' folder inside.
Extract the .rar using your favourite file archiver (7zip for example) and merge the 'abdata' folder with the one in the game directory - just like you did with the adult patch.

@crusnik it didn't work, i used the TRIM and just copied the Abdata folder that holds the two files and put it into the original abdata and it said that there is already 2 or more files with the same name and i clicked ignore the files and it was in, tried the sexy lesson with touching the tits part and she still had her damn clothes on

Yeah sorry, this mod is replacing game textures with the modded uncensored textures so you'll have to click overwrite.
If you want to play it safe you can make a backup of the game's abdata folder before overwriting files.

Oh and just to make it clear: The mod by user relative is just replacing mosaic censorship.
If you installed the official adult patch correctly you have options in the menu with which you can undress the girl while you are in a scene.
If you can't manage to get the girl naked there was a mistake in installing the official adult patch, not the mod by relative.
The official adult patch needs to be installed first. Afterwards you install the mod.

@crusnik Weird, i just downloaded everything again and I tried to inject the Adult patch into the abdata and it said that there are already 14 files that have the same names.... and i said replace with the current files and im now putting in the uncensored mods... what do you think
