Yes. Shade Inc, the developer for ASSAULT GUNNERS HD EDITION, developed and released Destory Gunners SP for iOS/Android devices before (or at around the same time) as ASSAULT GUNNERS was developed and released onto the PS Vita in Japan by Marvelous Inc.

Shade Inc have also developed (and released) updated versions of Destory Gunners, known as Destory Gunners SPA, Destory Gunners F and Destory Gunners ZZ onto the Android/IOS deivces.
